本書分為五章。第一章為緒論,介紹了研究目的和高校教師激勵(lì)機(jī)制,理清本研究的內(nèi)容、方法。第二章為理論綜述和研究現(xiàn)狀,回顧和總結(jié)以往的動(dòng)機(jī)理論,通過(guò)理論回顧分析目前高校教師激勵(lì)現(xiàn)狀以及討論本研究的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。第三章為研究模型和假設(shè),介紹本研究的研究模型和相關(guān)假設(shè),問(wèn)卷設(shè)計(jì),樣本選擇,發(fā)放問(wèn)卷和回收情況。第四章為實(shí)證分析,基于問(wèn)卷的信度效度分析結(jié)果揭示出高校教師需要層級(jí),總結(jié)出目前高校教師需要的特征,選擇相關(guān)變量進(jìn)行研究,結(jié)合回歸分析,確定自變量和因變量之間的關(guān)系。第五章為結(jié)論,在前面研究的基礎(chǔ)上,得出如下結(jié)論:教師需求是多樣化的富有彈性的,除了主導(dǎo)精神需求以外,物質(zhì)的需要仍然占有主要的位置,所以滿足物質(zhì)需求是激勵(lì)機(jī)制的一把鑰匙。高校教師的激勵(lì)要因包括環(huán)境資源分配,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)決策激勵(lì),教師主觀幸福感,公平感知要素以及以往的工作績(jī)效。改善約束機(jī)制以滿足合理的高校教師需求以便保持教師持續(xù)的激勵(lì)機(jī)制。根據(jù)本結(jié)論,我們建議,高校教師持續(xù)的激勵(lì)需要專業(yè)發(fā)展制度創(chuàng)新,專業(yè)發(fā)展自我定位以及持續(xù)富有彈性的工作流程激勵(lì)機(jī)制設(shè)計(jì)。
