回指是篇章連貫的重要手段，也是當(dāng)代語言學(xué)研究的熱點(diǎn)之一，因?yàn)橛绊懟刂傅囊蛩乇姸喽义e(cuò)綜復(fù)雜，目前仍難以得到一個(gè)統(tǒng)一清晰的解釋。因此，《漢語篇章回指研究（英文版）》旨在對(duì)漢語篇章的不同回指形式進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)研究，力圖找出不同回指形式的使用規(guī)律，并在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)眾多回指形式的不同使用規(guī)律進(jìn)行了總結(jié)研究。
